These general terms and conditions of sale govern reservations made with Hôtel des Arts, located at 3 Rue de la Fonderie, 13100 Aix-en-Provence.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs apply to all room reservations made directly with Hôtel des Arts, whether through the website www.hoteldesarts-aix.fr, by phone, or by email.
Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Confirmation
Every reservation is confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours, please contact the hotel.
3. Rates
Rates are quoted in euros, all taxes included (TTC), and are per room per night.
A tourist tax of €1.24 per person per night is added to the stay amount, in accordance with current regulations.
Rates displayed on the website are subject to change. The rate applied is the one in effect at the time of booking.
4. Payment
Payment for the stay is made on-site, upon arrival or departure, by credit card or cash (within legal limits).
For "non-refundable" rate bookings, advance payment may be required.
5. Cancellation conditions
Flexible rate
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Beyond that, the first night will be charged.
Non-refundable rate
The reservation cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded. The full stay amount is due, regardless of the cancellation date.
No-show
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the entire stay will be charged.
6. Check-in and check-out
Arrival: from 3:00 PM
Departure: until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted subject to hotel availability, upon request and without guarantee.
7. Pets
Cats and small dogs, kept on a leash and up to date with vaccinations, are accepted at no extra charge.
Animals must be kept under control and supervised at all times. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damage caused by an animal.
8. Liability
The hotel declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of items in the rooms. Valuables can be deposited at the front desk.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by construction work or external events beyond its control.
9. Behavior
Any behavior contrary to good morals or disturbing the peace of other guests may result in the expulsion of the offending guest, without refund.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the hotel, in accordance with current legislation.
10. Personal data
Data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of Aix-en-Provence.
